This was an invitation, by Rankin Peters to fellow Houston AGBers, to attend this gig. A jazzy, blues standards evening including such numbers as 'Basin street', 'You Can Have My Husband' and 'Cry Me A River'. The vocalist, Christine Mills, did her best after a short break from the circuit and with the fine accompaniment of Rankin Peters on bass, Steve Alison on drums, Larry Ratajczak on the ivories and a guest guitarist who's name escapes me, twas an enjoyable hoochie coochie evening.
